About ChilversMcCrea

The impetus at ChilversMcCrea has always been to reach out, innovate and develop new ways of delivering healthcare and ChilversMcCrea has been very successful in doing so. ChilversMcCrea has been recognised by the UK’s IPPR/Guardian Newspaper for innovation in involving patients as teachers in developing the Mount Vernon Cancer Network. ChilversMcCrea was also awarded UK Health Entrepreneurs of the year for rolling out a network of Primary Care practices and Urgent Care Centres throughout the UK in areas of great challenge and disadvantaged populations, market leading and stabilising services in areas, hitherto, unserved.

More recently, ChilversMcCrea has been supporting progressive developments in Urgent Care and Hospital Admission Avoidance and has pioneered a radical departure from the normal approach to such schemes, with better outcomes for patients and improved finances for commissioners and providers.

ChilversMcCrea is an innovative and progressive consultancy, providing services to UK, European, US and Australian clients. Generally, these clients wish to introduce new ways of doing things within the UK. The breadth of clients and international experience has given CM a real advantage in supporting clients in whatever situation they find themselves in. If we don’t know, we know someone who does.

Everyone who works within the team has huge practical experience gained over many hard years, highly regarded by colleagues and capable of engaging all within an organisation from CEO to cleaner. There is no room for grandiosity, plenty of room for learning, sharing and innovation.

Key to success for ChilversMcCrea is the fact we engage real doctors, consultants, GPs, Nurses, Therapists and Pharmacists in addition to the full range of experienced and helpful senior executives found in any organisation. Senior Clinician and Senior Managers working together. Practical, sensible, helpful and with experience to guide you with precision and wisdom.

In everything we do, we will discuss with you what your needs are, present you with a proposal including costs and agree how we will audit and review, before recommending action and supporting any programme of action or project.
